It's been some time since I have had a chance to sit down and 'blog'. We have enjoyed Paul, Michele, Duke and Jackie (Michele's mom) in our home last week through part of this week. It was wonderful to spend time with them and allow Marci to soak in her Aunt and Uncle for a few days. There were to many fun moments to list. One thing that still makes me laugh though, we met Paul, Michele, Dad, Mom and Tony (the rest couldn't make it) up at Famous Dave's BBQ one night. After dinner we decided to stay outside for awhile to enjoy the fresh air. Marci was running all over and Michele kept running after her and making her giggle. Finally they both sat down next to Grandma. Grandma looked at Marci and said "Why Hello!" Marci replied back in the same tone "Why hello!" It was so funny and typical of Marci to imitate perfectly. We needed a giggle after Dad and Tony's banter about underwear and borrowing of... needless to say I don't think Paul and Michele will be returning to soon.. I am going to attach a movie with some pictures during our last visits with Paul and Michele. (Still working out the kinks.. I'll post the slideshow on the blog later this week hopefully!)
Today Kenny and I met over and watched Jamie and Parker play Rugby. Wow is all I can say. What an impressive group of guys and what a wild sport! By next season I have got to get Rugby for Dummies... this is not your typical game! Marci ran all over the place and was a real challenge to keep up with. We finally relented and took turns taking her to the big toy at the park and letting her slide. It was great to see the guys play and visit with the family. Now our little Angel is fast asleep. Another good day...
